East Austin

East Austin is a mix of small older houses and brand-new infill builds sitting right next to each other, and both create their own kind of mess. New construction leaves fine drywall dust in places nobody expects: inside cabinets, on top of door casings, and along every window track.

For renovated and newly finished homes we do a post-project clean that takes the dust out rather than moving it around, working from the ceiling down and finishing floors last.

For lived-in East Austin homes and rentals, recurring visits keep the place steady, and we can hold a key or use a code so you never have to be home.
